Aspen Therapy is based in San Diego, Southern California, and also offers telehealth statewide. Our clinicians hold LMFT, LPCC, and LCSW licensure, alongside pre-licensed associate therapists, and offer in-person and/or telehealth sessions. New client inquiries are typically matched with a clinician within 48 hours.

## Approach
Our clinicians draw from attachment therapy, emotion focused therapy (EFT), internal family systems (IFS), Gottman therapy, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), with a trauma-informed and inclusive lens tailored to each client's goals.

## Team
Aspen Therapy's clinical team includes licensed therapists and associate therapists working toward licensure. Associate therapists are supervised by Savannah Henderson, LPCC.
