The right therapist matters.

Therapy works best when you feel understood by the person sitting across from you.

Every therapist brings a different style, perspective, and approach to the work, making it important to find someone who feels genuinely aligned with you.

Savannah Henderson

Savannah provides individual, couples, and family therapy. She is passionate about helping clients understand how their past has influenced them presently, and using that knowledge to make effective changes moving forward. She specializes in attachment and relationship issues, complex family dynamics, and managing burnout, boundaries, and life transitions. One area that Savannah loves to work in is providing ‘Relationship Enrichment,’ or providing focused counseling approaches to helping couples navigate relationship transitions such as cohabitation, marriage, children, retirement, etc.

LPCC, Founder

Benny & Rylie

When Savannah first began her therapy practice she was entirely telehealth, and Benny and Rylie were active participants in the therapeutic process by either being disruptive during sessions or simply being adorable. While they do not travel to the office, their unconditional love is an important part of Savannah’s self-care as a therapist. They are great representatives of the power that animals have in our healing.
