Therapy Offerings:
Individual Therapy
People come to therapy for all different things. Maybe you are stuck in your head and looking for someone else to help you think about things differently. Perhaps you need a place to process and vent that feels safe and nonjudgmental. Whether you are showing up with clear goals already in mind, or just reaching out unsure of where to start, individual therapy can help. Sessions are 50 minutes in length, typically weekly or every two weeks, which can be adjusted based on your needs. We focus on you—your experiences, your emotions, and your thoughts. We will work together to identify clear goals for therapy and I will check in along the way. This is your space.

Couples Therapy
What if couples therapy didn’t have to be scary, or a last resort before a break-up? What if therapy could be seen as an opportunity to build connection and security between you and the person you love? Therapy is an opportunity to delve beneath the surface of your relationship and understand how unhelpful behaviors, negative emotional processing, and learned patterns from the past are impacting you and your partner. You can learn different ways of communicating and build habits that help both you and your partner express your desires, needs, and emotions. Therapy isn’t a sign that things are “wrong,” therapy is a proactive step to make things last.

Finding the right therapist that you feel a connection with is an important part of successful outcomes in therapy. We can briefly discuss your goals/wants for therapy and discuss my approaches and expertise, so you can determine if you want to proceed with a first appointment.

As an attachment focused therapist, I am well suited to support adults who are healing from strained relationships with their parents. Whether your parents were emotionally immature, distant, or you had estrangement or periods of an absent parent, I can help you navigate the emotional challenges, work towards healing, and create secure, fulfilling relationships with others.

I provide a safe and affirmative space for queer folks to address concerns related to identity, relationships, and overall wellbeing. I am intentional about recognizing and dismantling heteronormative perspectives and theories that are often used in the therapy space.

I enjoy working with folks in teaching professions and other therapists and healthcare providers. We are more prone to stress, burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma, making the need for boundaries, balance, and stress management vital.

I have experience supporting folks with diagnoses such as ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, or other neurodivergence. I support you through development of coping strategies and finding a way to integrate the way your brain works with your daily life, all while creating a safe space for you to process the experience of existing in a neurotypical world.
