Meet The Team…

Sierra Signor, ACSW

I have experience providing therapy to adolescents and adults across multiple levels of care and work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions, mood instability, and emotion dysregulation. My work is grounded in trauma-informed, harm reduction, and strengths-based principles, with a focus on helping clients build insight, resilience, and lasting change.

I want therapy to be a place where you can show up exactly as you are. A place where you feel supported, challenged, understood, and empowered. I believe healing doesn't mean becoming someone different. It means developing a deeper relationship with yourself and learning to move through life's challenges with greater flexibility, self-compassion, and authenticity.

At the heart of my work is a belief in the resilience of the human spirit and our capacity to grow, adapt, and create meaningful lives, even in the face of pain and adversity. Therapy is often about learning how to carry pain differently, but it's also about reconnecting with joy, meaning, and the parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way. I want to help clients rediscover their capacity for joy, even in the face of life's challenges and hardships.

Outside the therapy room, you'll often find me exploring the outdoors, hiking, practicing yoga or Pilates, traveling, trying new restaurants, or getting lost in a good book. I value curiosity, community, adventure, and creating a life that feels intentional and nourishing. Those same values shape the way I show up as a therapist: with openness, compassion, authenticity, and a genuine belief in people's capacity for growth.

Hi, I'm Sierra, an Associate Clinical Social Worker. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University and my Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University.

I believe therapy is a space where people can slow down, make sense of their experiences, and reconnect with themselves in deeper and more meaningful ways. Many of the patterns we carry, whether it's anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, emotional reactivity, self-criticism, or difficulty trusting others, developed for important reasons. Often, they helped us survive, adapt, or protect ourselves. But sometimes the very strategies that once served us begin to keep us stuck.

My role is not to tell you who you should be. It's to help you better understand who you already are, what has shaped you, and what might be getting in the way of living the life you want.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and insight-oriented approaches. While I value evidence-based practices, I also believe therapy should never feel one-size-fits-all. I tailor treatment to each individual, blending practical skills with deeper exploration of emotions, relationships, and life experiences.

I strive to provide accessible and affordable therapy. I accept the following insurances:
